About Me

I started my career in education as a 1:1 aide in the VE room at Miller Elementary. The next year I became their on-site IT tech and continued to be for five years before moving up to the district level. After taking a step away to try a new career in 2023, the happiness I feel to be back in the school setting is beyond expression. I am a very proud parent of an upcoming 1st grader at REA and a soon to be 9th grader at MHS, formerly of RMA. Rowlett Academy is truly amazing and is school the way I remember it. The campuses are fun, collaborative, bolster self-confidence, and prepare students to be part of the real world setting which makes me incredibly honored and excited to be joining this wonderful family!
